Company Information

Segura IT Solutions Ltd, operating as MeetingRoom.Management (UK registration 12567218), provides services per the following terms.

Service Provision

The service(s) provided on the platform will be in accordance with advertised and specified documentation.

Uptime Guarantee

• No uptime guarantees during platform maintenance or infrastructure updates
• MRM commits to recovery operations for extended unavailability outside maintenance windows
• The agreement excludes faults from customer actions or third-party providers (internet outages, etc.)

Payment Terms

• Usage-based billing applies to platform bookings
• Monthly invoices auto-generate based on organizational usage with 30-day payment terms
• If the payment for services remain outstanding for more than 30 days, MRM reserve the right to suspend access
• Stripe handles all payments exclusively; their terms apply
• Taxes apply automatically at prevailing rates

Account Termination

• Customers may request account closure and data deletion per privacy policy
• Outstanding charges apply at cancellation for unaccounted usage and unpaid invoices
• MRM may terminate accounts, with customers remaining liable for outstanding charges
