Terms of service

Segura IT Solutions Ltd, d/b/a MeetingRoom.Management, company registration number in the UK 12567218 (hereinafter referred to MRM) will provide service in consideration to the outlined specification, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- The service(s) provided on the platform will be in accordance with advertised and specified documentation.
- Uptime guarantee
- MRM provides no guarantee to service uptime in instances which maintenance is being carried out on the platform or related infrastructure to improve or update the service provided.
- In such case where the MRM platform is unavailable for an extended period of time outside of maintenance purposes, suitable recovery operations will be conducted to restore service to the user as soon as feasibly possible.
- This agreement does not cover any faults caused by customers or third-party providers, such as internet access outages or other service level disruption indirectly restricting access to the MRM platform.
- Payment terms
- MRM's usage-based billing requires payment for the use of services, in particular bookings on the platform.
- Invoices are created automatically on a monthly basis based on the usage of the platform by the users of the organisation (the customer) and are subject to 30 day payment terms. If the payment for services remain outstanding for more than 30 days, MRM reserve the right to suspend access to any service on the platform until the outstanding charges are paid in full.
- Payments are collected solely by Stripe, our payment provider, and use of their platform is subject to their terms outlined on their website.
- No payment is required for any platform usage not outlined above.
- All payments are subject to tax, charged automatically by the payment provider at the prevailing rate.
- Termination of account
- The customer is subject to these outlined terms until the account is closed and the balance of the account is satisfied.
- If the customer requests termination of their account,
- They reserve the right to request deletion of their data as outlined in our privacy policy.
- They are subject to any outstanding charges which are raised at time of cancellation for any unaccounted usage of the platform, as well as any outstanding invoices.
- MRM reserve the right to terminate the account of a customer, at which they are subject to any outstanding charges
This agreement is subject to the laws of England, in which Segura IT Solutions Ltd is registered, at 4 Swallowood Ct, Rotherham, S63 6HS. Segura IT Solutions Ltd is registered for VAT purposes, registration no. 347724479.
